We are looking for an energetic and motivated Videographer ready to expand their career with us!
As a Videographer, you will be working as the lead camera operator for interview/documentary-style content. You will be a part of the creative team focusing on creating and editing video and social media content for our channels on various platforms to gain maximum engagement. Furthermore, you will be engaged in end-to-end production to leave a global footprint with us!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Lead the creation of high-quality, narrative-driven documentary-style travel and lifestyle video content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and marketing materials.
● Collaborate closely with the creative team to ensure that the videos not only align with the brand’s vision but also tell compelling, narrative-driven stories.
● Report directly to the Lead Videographer and Creative Team Lead, ensuring alignment with overall project goals and creative direction.
● Edit and produce high-quality docu-style content that captures the essence of travel and lifestyle themes, emphasizing strong narratives and visual storytelling.
● Be comfortable with frequent travel to various locations, adapting quickly to new environments while delivering high-quality results.
● Thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
● Oversee the management and organization of video assets, maintaining a well-curated library of footage, audio, and other media resources.
● Work alongside the production team to ensure that all videos are produced on schedule and within budget, meeting the highest standards of quality.
● Develop and integrate motion graphics and visual effects that enhance the storytelling and overall impact of the documentary content.
● Review, mentor, and provide constructive feedback on video content produced by other team members, ensuring consistency and excellence across projects.
● Ensure that all videos meet technical specifications and are fully optimized for various platforms, with particular attention to the specific requirements of documentary film production.
QUALIFICATIONS:
● A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in video production, with a strong focus on creating documentaries.
● Mastery of video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
● Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
● Proven ability to take direction and incorporate feedback, with a commitment to refining and improving the final product.
● Deep knowledge of video compression, encoding, and delivery workflows, specifically within the documentary genre.
● Willingness and ability to travel frequently, often on short notice, and work efficiently in diverse and fast-paced environments.
● A robust portfolio showcasing your expertise in documentary video production, particularly in travel and lifestyle content, highlighting your storytelling, editing, and production skills.
