We are looking for an energetic and motivated Chief Financial Officer ready to expand their career with us!
POSITION OVERVIEW:
You will be working with our Finance team to manage all aspects of our company's finances globally.
If you want a long-term career with an international focus and real opportunities for growth, this is for you. Our company has a unique global corporate structure that we will train you on, from how to handle reporting to managing day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for
driving the company’s financial planning, overseeing financial budgeting, managing company liquidity, identifying cost reduction and process improvement opportunities and so on.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
● Drive the company’s financial planning
● Represent the company with third parties and government agencies
● Manage vendor relationships
● Supervise billing, payroll, month-end, reconciliations, general ledger accounting, and other
relevant financial processes
● Supervise bookkeeping activities, ensuring accuracy and identifying improvement areas
● Keep the company in compliance with applicable local financial and tax regulations
● Perform risk management by analyzing the organization’s liabilities and investments
● Manage company liquidity, identify cost reduction and process improvement
opportunities
● Coordinate the company's cash flow
● Supervise and manage the finance team
● Train and mentor department staff on policies and procedures to establish a strong
foundation for client development and service activities
● Oversee financial budgeting
QUALIFICATIONS:
● 5+ years experience in financial roles
● Proven experience as CFO, finance officer, or relevant role
● In-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
● Knowledge of forecasting methods
● Excel proficiency
● Understanding of global citizen lifestyle
● Entrepreneurial problem-solving approach
● High level of personal integrity
● Strong leadership and organizational skills
● An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
● BSc/BA in Business Accounting, Finance, or relevant field; MSc/MBA is a huge plus
● Fluent written and spoken English
