POSITION OVERVIEW:

This position is for a dynamic HR Associate to join our team and help keep our HR operations running smoothly. In this role, you'll handle a range of HR tasks, from recruitment and onboarding to managing employee records and benefits. You’ll also be the go-to person for keeping our HR Information Systems (HRIS) up-to-date and optimized. Ensuring smooth HR processes and providing excellent service to our citizens.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Payroll Processing:
    • Track and analyze payroll variables, including overtime, bonuses, and deductions.
    • Communicate payroll information accurately to local accountants and Employer of Record (EOR) partners.
    • Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
  • Employee Data Management:
    • Maintain employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance reviews on various HR systems.
    • Update employee data in HR information systems and databases.
    • Organize and manage HR records and documentation with precision to ensure seamless operations and compliance with company policies and regulations
    • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • HR Administration:
    • Handle various administrative tasks, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
    • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, including offer letters, employment contracts, and benefit summaries.
    • Assist with employee relations matters, including resolving inquiries and addressing concerns.
    • Support the administration of employee benefits programs.
  • Reporting and Analysis:
    • Prepare HR reports and analyses as needed, such as headcount reports, turnover rates, and employee satisfaction surveys.
    • Provide data-driven insights to support HR decision-making.
  • Recruitment:
    • Assist with recruitment activities as needed, including posting job openings and screening candidates.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, benefits enrollment, and orientation.
    • Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and final payroll calculations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-4 years of experience in the HR generalist / administrative field
  • High sense of time management
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
