POSITION OVERVIEW:

The HR Admin and Office Manager is an integral member of the People team, directly reporting to the Chief People Officer. This role focuses on office management and creating an atmosphere of professionalism and elegance, referred to as glamour. Plays a key role in supporting various HR functions. Responsibilities include assisting with the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding. This role ensures smooth day-to-day office operations while fostering a positive and organized work environment for all employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Office Management (20% of time)

  • Ensures smooth daily office operations, including timely opening/closing and maintaining a tidy workspace.
  • Manages office supplies, equipment, and coordinates administrative tasks such as scheduling and deliveries.
  • Welcomes guests, arranges refreshments, and organizes planned events.
  • Ensures that the dress code is adhered to in the office and at events while promoting a culture of glamour.

Coordinate international logistics across all Nomad structures (Making people happy)

  • Finds and sends thoughtful gifts to team members for special occasions.
  • Takes care of travel arrangements, ensuring flights, hotels, and airport transfers are booked correctly.

Assist in HR Admin, Payroll, Onboarding & Offboarding team members

  • Manages account setup and ensures HRIS data is accurate.
  • Oversees onboarding tasks and schedules welcome calls.
  • Provides equipment, NDAs, and health insurance for the Georgian team.
  • Purchases and coordinates global laptop deliveries.
  • Handles team member benefits, ensuring proper management and access.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least one year of professional experience in Human Resources.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, including employee records management, onboarding, and compliance.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Familiarity with Georgian labor law.
  • Empathetic and engaging personality with a strong ability to be “present” in conversations.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple processes and deadlines efficiently.
  • Assertive and confident in decision-making and communication.
  • A strong sense of style and professionalism, with an eye for detail.
