Who we are looking for:
This is a role for experienced leader and not necessarily for a marketer, although it is required to have basic understanding of marketing. We are looking for someone that can manage multiple projects and various teams at the same time, including social media content posting, YouTube video shoot planning, email newsletter creation, Live Event preparation and etc, ensuring efficiency of creative marketing team. You should be able to follow direction when needed, but be independent at times, especially during stressful situations. You will have marketing professionals in your team, what is needed from you is to ensure our brand voice is consistent, our content is consistent across all marketing channels and everyone in your team has right support, clear goals, clear KPIs. Responsibilities:
● Monitor KPIs, analyze performance data, and suggest innovative solutions. Build in
metrics for team growth and mentorship.
● Manage the team of Social Media Associate (YouTube, Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn), two producers, Email Marketing Associate, Live Event Specialist, two YouTube Channel Managers, Graphic designer, and Video editor lead (who has 3 video editors in his team for now.
● Ensure the direction on tasks coming from Chief Marketing Officer and Founder is taken into account and actioned.
● Ensure collaboration between Research and Development team and marketing team on bringing content ideas and growing YouTube channels.
● Ensure all processes, especially fact-checking and production, are consistently followed and achieved by all.
● Ensure high-volume approach for booking speakers, interviews, guests and etc. Oversee coordination and scheduling founder interviews for media outlets.
● Lead end-to-end video production, managing shoots, and maintaining high standards
● Ensure timely content creation from producers, video editors, social media manager etc.
● With help of an HR, conduct performance reviews and create career development plans and opportunities for the team.
Requirements:
● 5 years of experience in managing remote teams, proven track record of achieving target metrics
● Proficiency with social media platforms, video production tools, analytics software (e.g., Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics), and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Slack).
● Strong organizational skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
● Prior experience with copywriting, design, or production Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction would be a plus
